| Yaeyama... At their request, Harold and Margaret were assigned to Yaeyama, the southernmost islands of Okinawa, in 1956. Their assignment was to work with the one pastor in the area, Rev. Yozen Miyara, who was trying to serve people on ten islands! Rev. Miyara and his wife were wonderful examples of Christlike love and devoted service to people searching for faith, maning, and hope. |
