CARD-CARING MINISTRIES

The Card-Caring Ministry at Golden First UMC has two forms: Traditional card ministry Greeting cards hand-made by our youth!
The Traditional Card Min- istry sends get-well cards, birthday cards, and notes for various reasons, including the anniversaries of special occasions. The Greeting Card Ministry is a real joy for us! Kids simply love making cards like this- and Seniors love to receive them! It's a win-win project for all involved! This is a joint effort between Caregiving and our Sunday School and VBS programs. We try to have our youth make cards on the following occasions: Valentine's Day Easter VBS (Summer) Christmas Right: The inside of a greeting card drawn by Seiglinda. Please take note of the inscription! We know that Bernice enjoyed receiving it!	Above: The front and back covers of a greeting card created by Riley during Vacation Bible School (VBS) 2000. Wouldn't anyone cherish receiving this card? After all, it's a Hallmark!
